Transportation route:
Randers (DK)– Travemunde (DE): 17 semitrailer trucks for transportation of oversized cargo
Travemunde (DE) – Liepaja (LV): ferry
Liepaja (LV) – Lyskovo (RU): 17 semitrailer trucks for transportation of oversized cargo

Cargo:
17 oversized beer tanks (dimensions: 20.0x4.10x4.10 – 15 tons each (distance between supports – 17m)

Transport:
first lot:10 special trucks for transportation of oversized cargo
second lot: 7 special trucks for transportation of oversized cargo

Project Description

This transportation was complicated by the necessity to simultaneously deliver oversized items – 10 tanks – to the territory of the plant in Lyskovo, Russian Federation.

To minimize costs, the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo was made by lots:

first 5 tanks, accompanied by police and escort cars, went through M9 highway: Riga – Moscow
second 5 tanks went through the territory of Belarus and arrived in Moscow, from where all 10 tanks were dispatched to Lyskovo
the remaining 7 minitanks were delivered later, according to the contract.
